The side panels are there to secure the stock while transporting. We’ve kept the surface big enough to keep large and bulky items without a dent.

6. Crystal Clear Manufacturing

We believe as a store owner; you have the right to know how we achieve a rigid structure. Following is the process we follow for the manufacturing of 5 wheels cargo trolly.

1. We start by selecting material for the carts. A minimum of 150 pcs of steel is required for one cart.
2. In the next step, the steel is treated to achieve the required shape. The process involves an automated machine.
3. The shaped steel is then lined into a mesh formation through a jigsaw line guide.
4. Now the pieces are combined using a spotting machine.
5. Pressure is applied to the mesh to shape it into a basket.
6. The sides of the basket are then welded through a robot.
7. Now the handle of the trolley is manufactured using steel and an automated machine.
8. Then a 4-meter steel rod is processed for the chassis.
9. The chassis is then attached to the basket.
10. In the next step, the casters are manufactured using steel.
11. They are now attached to the chassis.
12. Now the structure is cleaned with soap and acid to further treat it for finishing.
13. Then the structure is treated with electro-polishing using zinc plate power color or simple powder color.
14. Once the structure is ready, the wheels are attached.
15. In the next step, we attach the button rack.
16. Then the basket is attached to the structure.
17. In this step, we imprint your logo on the handle if you wish for it.
18. The last step involves testing the trolley before it is dispatched to serve the purpose.
