Thanks to the efficient technology, it can only produce 4000 shelf panels, 4000 back panels, 2000 base legs, 1500 uprights, and 25000 brackets in a single day. Last but not least the production efficiency of the foot has become four times better than before. It hardly takes five minutes to create a foot sample from scratch.
Accurate loading plan: we put shop shelving parts hanging cages and wire shopping baskets together with containers. Our engineers, through accurate calculation, arrange shipments making sure every inch of the container is being invested. In 2020 and 2021, when sea freight was high, our logistics department saved customers $200000 in sea freight each year. They also make sure none of the products are hurt during the process.
