In 2005 first Action international branch was founded in Belgium. Currently, it has 1800 stores with 38000 employees working in nine countries, including Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Luxembourg.
As store growth picked up speed, they needed a shelving solution that they could put up fast, produce consistently, and adapt to different store layouts.

Challenges in Action Shop Case And The Solution:
- Copyright legal risk: it is a challenge because our products are quite similar to the original Tegometall. According to us, putting a logo on each item can distinguish it from the actual product while helping escape any legal problems.
- Strict delivery schedule: A customer once placed an order for 100 containers. They demanded that the goods be delivered within three months. After comprehensive research and analysis, we decided to scale up the automatic production to better meet the deadlines. We initiated by investing 1.5 million US dollars and established five automated production lines of shelf panel, back panel, base leg, upright, and brackets. Thanks to the efficient technology, it can only produce 4000 shelf panels, 4000 back panels, 2000 base legs, 1500 uprights, and 25000 brackets in a single day. Last but not least, the production efficiency of the foot has become four times better than before. It hardly takes five minutes to create a foot sample from scratch.
- Accurate loading plan: we put shop shelving parts, hanging cages, and wire shopping baskets together with containers. Our engineers, through accurate calculation, arrange shipments, making sure every inch of the container is being invested. In 2020 and 2021, when sea freight was high, our logistics department saved customers $200000 in sea freight each year. They also make sure none of the products are hurt during the process.
- Standard quality: every time we are done with production, we carry out an FAQ, paint impact test, crosscut adhesive test, and shelf installation test to ensure the quality consistency of each batch.
The project “Action” has lasted for 15 years, dating back to 2011. Today, it falls under the list of our regular customers who have enjoyed satisfying quality and results every time. Action has benefited from our cooperation and has grown into one of the most dynamic store chains in Western Europe.
